Elevage Wine Advisors was founded by Dave Baloun to extend his lifelong love of wine into a thriving career. Elevage seeks to “elevate the business and enjoyment of wine” through tasting events, restaurant consulting, corporate events and travel programs.
About Dave Baloun
Dave is an experienced wine aficionado and is a member of The Society of Wine Educators. He has served as the chairman for mid to large-scale wine events, is a popular guest speaker for food and culinary programs, and served as an adjunct professor of Wine Appreciation at Stark State College. Dave is also a Committee Member for Vintage Canton, an annual wine and food event sponsored by The Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a past Chairman. He is a long-standing and founding member of the Canton Wine Guild, a wine tasting and evaluation group based in Canton, Ohio. -
